As previously announced, Viper Networks, Inc. signed a 5-year Joint Venture Agreement with Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd. for the exclusive franchise rights with BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED (www.bsnl.co.in), a Government of India Enterprise.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., the World's 7th largest telecommunications company, provides a full range range of telecom services in India, incl: Wireline, CDMA mobile, GSM Mobile, Internet, Broadband, Carrier service, MPLS-VPN, VSAT, VoIP services and IN Services to over 49 million of their customers.
Viper Networks is partnering with Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd. to own and operate their recently awarded India telecom license, to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services, including: VoIP, Calling Cards and Pinless Accounts.

Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd., is a privately-held, profitable communications provider based in Chennai, India. Cirilium has set up a world class multi-gigabit, multi-protocol convergent IP infrastructure that provides convergent services like voice, data and video through the same Backbone and Broadband Access Network.
To ramp sales as quickly as possible, Viper Networks is in direct talks with some of the largest telecommunications providers for various sales, distribution and carrier agreements for other approved countries, including; Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and the Asian countries of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
On August 19, 2009, Viper Networks entered into a ‘Letter of Intent’ to merge with Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd. The Company expects to close this transaction and announce the financial details very soon.
August 2009, Viper Networks and Cirilium India Pvt. LTD entered into an Agreement with Globalcom Information Services Pte. Ltd. (“GIS”), a leading global Infocomm service provider in the Asia-Pacific region, with an extensive network of business partners in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the India Subcontinent.
August 2009, Viper Networks entered into an Agreement with 2P (www.pp.com.sa), a leading Saudi Arabia telecommunications provider.
June 2009, Viper Networks signed an agreement with Trimax Wireless to provide wireless products for projects (WiMax and Wifi) in Saudi, Yemen, Peru, Bangladesh, Jordan.
